Journal of Soft Computing Exploration (Joscex) was established on August, 2020 with editor-in-chief Assoc. Prof. Much Aziz Muslim, S.Kom., M.Kom.

In October 2020 ISSN (Online) successfully registered with ISSN (Online) 2746-0991 and in November 2020 ISSN (Print) successfully registered with ISSN (Print) 2746-7686.

In April 2020 the Joscex began to be registered and indexed by Garuda.

In August 2020 the Joscex already has a DOI (Document of Index).

Starting from Volume 4 No 1 2023, the Joscex journal template changes the format of the article.

On March 2023 the post of editor-in-chief was diverted from Assoc. Prof. Much Aziz Muslim, S. Kom., M.Kom to Mr. Jumanto, S.Kom., M.Cs.
